In 2002 Francisco Luis Abad founded Alicante Maravillas (in the early years we were better known as Inmohondon Estate Agents), positioning itself as the only local real estate agent that offered its services to the first European residents (English, Dutch, Belgian…) who started an exciting experience buying a country house in the Hondón Valley.
